1. How does Designer Alerts work?
Designer Alerts is a fashion marketplace for designer notification services. Our Service enables you to buy alert items so that you can get notified when they are back in stock on a vendor’s website. Once we detect, to the best of our abilities, that the item is back in stock, we will send you an email notification to the email you purchased the alert with on our website. So make sure to check your emails!
Once you receive the email alert, you can use the link in the email to navigate to the vendor/brand's website to purchase the product you were looking for. You are responsible to act swiftly when you get notified by Designer Alerts and purchase the product on the vendor’s website.
Designer Alerts is not responsible if a notification has not been sent for a back in stock product and if there's an inventory error on the destination vendor's website. The Service offered is performing on a best-effort basis.
There is a slight possibility that another user also subscribed to the same product as yourself could have purchased the item before you did. We are not responsible for such activities either.
2. Can I get a refund if I have never received an alert?
Make sure you understand and agree to our Terms of Service before using Designer Alerts. Let us know if you need help in understanding what they mean for you.
If you haven't received any alerts in a while, and believe that something is wrong, please reach out to us via email at alerts@designeralerts.com. We will evaluate each situation and determine if a refund is possible for a certain order.
Reminder: make sure to check your SPAM folder in your inbox in case our email notifications are being sent to it.
3. How long does it take to get an alert for a product?
Our technology checks for in-stock products roughly every 5 minutes. It really depends on the vendor/brand's website for when they decide to make a product available again.
This is unfortunately out of our control, however rest assured because our technology checks for in stock items roughly every 5 minutes, it is generally unlikely for us to miss a detection for you.
4. If an item is back in stock, will I receive endless alerts?
The short answer is: No.
However, we want to make sure you get the chance to purchase the product you subscribed to for alerts, so we will notify you again every 4 hours so that if you were not able to check your email alerts, or for any other reason, you will be notified again to go and make your desired purchase!
5. How do I stop receiving alerts?
You must ensure that you go to our website, log into your account, and cancel your subscription for the product you wish to stop receiving alerts for.
If you haven't created an account when you made your initial purchase, simply sign up with the same email you used during your purchase, and the subscriptions should show up once you log in.
6. Am I able to purchase products directly on Designer Alerts?
No. You have to navigate to the vendor/brand's website to do so. Normally you would do so from our email alert with the product link attached within the body of the email.
